  Pros - nice host, the area was nice, and the self check in was simple !

Cons - very loud, you could hear everything from upstairs till about... read more 2am, and kept us awake. There was also a cat meowing at the door separating the apartment, on multiple occasions and a smoke alarm beeping for a few hours which scared our dog.
The place was somewhat clean, but was in need of a deep clean as there was a lot of dust, and there was blood? On the bathroom wall.
Host was also very slow to respond when we had questions on how the lock operates.

Overall, okay stay for reasonable price, but be prepared for a loud apartment.

  Place was very clean, well appointed and accurately described. We were very impressed when we arrived.

Was good at responding prior to us arriving but a little slow... read more when we asked for the heat to be turned up. It wasnt terribly cold or anything so not a huge deal.

I would mention it was very noisy upstairs. What felt like constant pacing and thumping on the floor. Sounded like a ball bouncing for a bit after we went to bed as well. I have spent a lot of time in basement suites (lived in one for a year) and this was a bit much.

There is also a light that the folks upstairs had access to that we didn’t. They turned on a hallway light for maybe 5 minutes that we couldn’t turn off.

Overall though a very convenient place to stay before a visit to the zoo.

Driveway wasn't cleared and got stuck multiple times , after they said it would be cleared . Wasn't worth the money or time respectfully
